Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable gases or liquids.

To complete your return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Books with obvious signs of use.

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us a message at goldenivorymedia@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift card will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified that you have returned the item.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
